Thanks to everyone at DuctWorks for doing such a great job on the
installation of my furnace/AC, especially since it's an exterior unit which
is a bit unusual. Since the furnace that I wanted was on backorder, I
really appreciated Jenn's emails to keep me up-to-date on the delivery and
installation status - I never even had to ask! And the loan of the space
heaters was a huge help. I really can't tell you how much I appreciated
that. The install went very quickly and smoothly, and Scott and the guys
were friendly and professional. I was very impressed with all aspects of
the job, even getting the old unit picked up for recycling. The person who
picked it up checked carefully to make sure she didn't leave any screws in
the driveway. I would highly recommend DuctWorks to anyone who needs a new
furnace. You provide a high quality product, and the installation and
customer service were excellent - thank you!
