JD Swenson, General Manager
JD has been with DuctWorks since 2013, and is responsible for business and staff development, scheduling, quality control, and all day-to-day operations. He describes DuctWorks employees as detailed-oriented on the job, but laid back and fun—the kind of people you are comfortable having in your home. He approaches challenges one day at a time, and works toward improving their service every day. When he’s not taking care of the Twin Cities’ HVAC needs, he enjoys golf, concerts, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
Scott Sondrall, Installation Manager
When new equipment is needed, Scott takes the lead. He supervises the installation of new furnaces, central air, ductless systems, air purifiers, and more for both residential and light commercial clients. A member of our team since 2001, Scott brought years of industry knowledge with him and has helped us grow. He is our go-to guy for in-house tech support, and appreciates the challenge of making every day different and fun. His idea of fun, by the way, is touring Minnesota and looking for hockey arenas.
Robert McLain, Service Technician
“I roam the city looking for broken HVAC equipment to fix.” Maybe that’s why we think of Bob as our own service super hero. Since 2015, he has been rescuing families from cold winters, hot summers, high energy costs, and uncomfortably low humidity. He has received high service ratings from our customers and is always positive and nice, regardless of what challenges he encounters. Bob likes the flexibility of his work, and when he’s off-duty, he likes archery, video games, and films.
Pat Gannon, Service Technician
Pat is known for being dependable and delivering consistent, exceptional service. What may seem like a heating or cooling emergency for some of our clients is no big deal for Pat—“it is what it is,” and it’s something he can handle. Like all our service providers, he has gone through extensive training and is ready to service, repair, or replace any HVAC equipment to keep you comfortable indoors. Pat is also comfortable outdoors and likes fishing and spending time with his family and kids.
